1. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 to 7 days. If there are any delays, customers will be notified via text, phone call, or email.
Order status can be checked online on our website, as we operate solely from a warehouse and do not have a physical store for visits.
Once the order is delivered, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer
2. Shipping & Delivery Charges
Free delivery is available inside London for ground-floor deliveries. If the delivery requires carrying items to higher floors without lift access, an additional charge of £15 per floor will apply.
Free delivery for orders over £650 within London.
£35 standard delivery within london.
Free delivery for orders over £1,500 in Mainland England.
We do not offer international shipping. However, customers can arrange their own shipping according to our delivery locations and conditions.
3. Returns & Refunds
Customers can return products within 30 days, provided they are in brand-new condition, unused, and fully wrapped.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
If a product is damaged upon delivery, customers must report it immediately, as inspection will be conducted at the time of delivery.
Refunds will only be processed if the returned product is in good, resellable condition and has not been used.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Haven Craft does not accept returns for damaged items unless the damage is proven to have occurred upon delivery.
If a product does not match the order specifications, we will offer a return or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Compliance with Consumer Rights
We fully comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Customers have 30 days to return a product, but it must be in brand-new condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds will be processed only after confirming that the returned item meets our conditions.
